Screen shot: MED Editor This is a screen shot of the MED Editor, a DOS-based program written in MUMPS. The main window is the frame for the class "Serum Chemistry Test" (MED Code 32100). Of note, it is shown here as having 140 children. The top window shows the hierarchy above Serum Chemistry Test. On the left are buttons corresponding to editor functions.     MED Editor proposing a new class We selected the "Find New Class" function and the system has analyzed the children of Serum Chemistry Test. It found two terms which are linked to Creatine Kinase via the "substance measured" relation, and it is proposing to create a new subclass. If I select "yes", the editor will create a new class and push the two existing terms under it.
